In connection with the Series A financing, Kuberno will launch a commercial partnership with Nasdaq Governance Solutions that includes a planned product integration into Nasdaq\u2019s suite of governance solutions. This will help drive efficiency for corporate secretary teams as they navigate increased focus from regulators and investors on entity management.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\"><span class=\"normaltextrun\">Kuberno uses technology to simplify the management of legal entity governance by easing reporting and enabling remote collaboration through its cloud-native product, Kube.
