Entity management designed for the way governance really works

I've worked with several entity management vendors over the years, and Kuberno far outshines any of them. Kube is a wonderful tool that's easy to navigate, and since implementation it has been a great time saver for the Legal team, as all our in-house teams, such as Treasury, Tax and Sourcing, now have direct access and can find the information they need for their projects rather than reaching out to Legal. What sets the Kuberno team apart from other vendors is the quality of its customer service and its openness to working closely with us and adopting our suggestions to improve the tool.

Following the advice of many industry colleagues, I made the decision to move over to Kube from a competitor product. This was one of the best procurement decisions I’ve ever made. The project to migrate our existing data to Kube was handled very professionally and with great attention to detail. The project team were a pleasure to deal with, as is our customer success manager, post-migration. The launch has been a great success with everyone from the GC to EAs commenting on how user-friendly Kube is. It’s a breeze to set up new users, and to keep the system updated and aligned with Companies House data. Kuberno are very good at acting on my regular feedback and I feel valued as a client. It’s a great product I would highly recommend to any company secretarial team.
