Powered by Kube. Supported by PwC expertise.
London, 3 November, 2026 — Kuberno, the entity management platform built for General Counsel and Company Secretaries, today announced a collaboration with PwC UK. The collaboration brings together Kuberno’s purpose-built entity management technology and PwC’s governance expertise, with the aim of helping organisations turn trusted entity data into stronger governance, compliance and decision-making.
Kube, Kuberno’s platform for legal entity management, gives clients a single system of record for entity data, workflows, obligations, attestations and reporting. Kube is also built on intelligent, auditable AI, including KAIA, Kuberno’s AI assistant, so clients get speed without losing control. Regulatory change across every jurisdiction is picked up and pulled together by the platform as it happens, so requirements stay current and flow straight into the work. PwC brings governance and company secretarial expertise spanning health checks and data rectification, data cleansing and migration, implementation, operating-model transformation and ongoing managed services. Combining the two is intended to give organisations both the breadth of what AI can gather and the judgement of people who know how to apply it.
“We built Kube to transform how organisations manage entity governance globally. Working with PwC brings together that technology – including KAIA, our agentic AI designed to drive intelligent automation across governance and compliance, and the ability to connect Kube securely into an organisation’s preferred LLM – with PwC’s deep expertise and human-led approach. It’s a powerful combination, designed to help organisations of all sizes manage governance at scale, with people always firmly in control.”
Jay Dodd, Co-Founder, Kuberno
The collaboration is designed to help organisations achieve:
- Clean, controlled data from day one, through health checks that reconcile entity data, records and registries
- One maintained source of truth, with Kube as the live record of entity data
- A straightforward switch from legacy providers, backed by structured migration, implementation, training and change support
- Global expertise, locally delivered, through central oversight backed by jurisdiction-specific CoSec specialists
- Continuous improvement at scale, with the option to standardise, automate, co-source or outsource as needs evolve
“Managing entity governance across multiple jurisdictions is becoming increasingly complex, and organisations are looking for ways to bring greater visibility and control to their legal entity data,” said Akash Jain, Legal Entity Management Technology & Alliances Lead at PwC UK. “Bringing together Kuberno’s technology with our governance and company secretarial expertise reflects a shared view that AI, combined with human judgement, will play an important role in helping organisations manage governance with greater transparency and confidence.”
